Aardman has dropped some “breaking ewes” by unveiling its plans for a third Shaun the Sheep adventure, following 2015’s Shaun the Sheep Movieand 2019’s A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon. The next stop-motion animated feature film from the studio, Shaun the Sheep: The Beast of Mossy Bottom, is officially in production and being touted as a “monstrously fun” outing for the beloved character, who will return to screens in 2026 — possibly in time for spooky season as the story unravels in the lead up to Halloween.
